I 've always had the sneaking suspicion that embracing deep pleasure and bliss was vital to excellent health of the mind,body, and spirit. When I dived seriously into exploring Tantra, it was like I turned on the lights inside and everything was brighter, more alive. I felt open hearted, able to go with the flow but also decisive, clear and grounded at the same time. It was easy to enjoy the moment. And, I've always had a great affinity for exploring self-expression and awareness through the body.  Sexuality never ceases to fascinate me, especially for it's abilities to positively affect our lives on so many levels. I feel happiest when I am connecting with people through this interest.

I bring the wealth of my 10 years of education and exploration in this field.  I am a Certified Tantric Practioner through Urban Tantra Professional Training Program, taught by the Founder of Urban Tantra, Barbara Carrellas.  I've had the pleasure of learning from Bodhi Avinasha, Patti Taylor, Nicole Daedone of One Taste, David Deida, Dr. Juliana Dahl, Sheri Winston, Kamala Devi, Betty Martin and from the wonderful classes at NYC Sexy Spirits and The Phoenix Temple.  I have dived into the study of conscious sensuality both academically and experientially, studying Tantra, Taoism, neo-Tantra, bodywork, shamanism, and interfaith spirituality.  My clients have shared that they love my ability to deliver profound, experiential teachings that jive with the urban lifestyle with a loving and enthusiastic spirit.

I explored career paths of other passions of mine - like administrative assistant in NYC's major publishing houses, staff writer for a non-profit, assistant to the President of a NYC fashion design house and manufacturer, professional animal caretaker/rescue worker/rehabilitator, and professional modern dancer. Although I had a great time nothing inspired me as deeply as what I was experiencing when I started to seriously explore Tantra and other forms of the sacred sensuality. And, it was just to good not to share! So, here I am.
